Through the forms on landfall.pt, the following personal data may be collected:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (when provided)
• Message and information voluntarily shared
• IP address (automatically collected by the server)

3. Purpose of processing

Data collected is used exclusively to:

• Respond to enquiries and contact requests
• Provide the requested real estate mediation service
• Manage the commercial relationship with clients and prospective clients

Data is not used for direct marketing without explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Data processing is based on the data subject's consent (by submitting a form) and the legitimate interest in providing the requested service, pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679).

5. Retention period

Data is retained for the period necessary to provide the service or until the data subject requests deletion, with a maximum of 5 years after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Third-party sharing

Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with:

• Netlify — the website hosting platform, which processes form data on its servers. See Netlify's privacy policy at netlify.com.
• Judicial or administrative authorities, when legally required.

7. Data subject rights

Under the GDPR, data subjects have the right to:

• Access their personal data
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of their data
• Object to processing or request its restriction
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at cnpd.pt

8. Cookies

The landfall.pt website uses localStorage exclusively to store the visitor's language preference (PT/EN) and cookie consent choice. This use is strictly necessary for the site to function and does not require consent.

Additionally, the site uses Google Analytics (to understand which pages get visited most) and the Meta Pixel (to measure and optimise our Facebook/Instagram ads) — but only after the visitor gives explicit consent, via the cookie notice shown on their first visit. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and change your mind at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

Without that consent, neither of these two tools is loaded or collects any data.
